Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the production team, setting challenging goals and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Develop production plans and schedules in alignment with customer demands, optimizing resource utilization.
• Optimize manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency and productivity, identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements.
• Establish and enforce stringent quality control standards and procedures, ensuring all products meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Implement performance metrics and reporting systems to track key production indicators and provide regular updates to management.
• Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are strictly followed, conducting regular safety audits and promoting a culture of safety awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment Preferred.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean methodologies, and continuous improvement principles.
• Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
