What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Product Designer with exceptional problem-solving skills and an unrelenting eye for detail.  Our ideal candidate is comfortable interpreting project scope, asking the right  questions, and presenting their work to internal stakeholders. You’ll wear multiple hats from solving complex design challenges, to collaborating with Product leaders on client specific projects and being able to deliver high-quality designs. 

What You’ll Do

• Demonstrate UX Process Contribution - Able to clearly articulate design process, problem solving approach and contributions to the process.

• Lead End-to-End Design - Own the design process from concept to execution, working across interaction models, user flows, prototypes, and visual design to create seamless user experience.

• Enhance Product & UX Strategy - Balance short-term design execution with long-term product improvements Work in a Fast-Paced Environment - Adapt quickly to evolving requirements, refine in-flight designs, and make impactful decisions on tight timelines.

• Collaborate & Advocate for Design - Work cross-functionally with Engineers, Strategists, Researchers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment while advocating for the best user experience.

• Maintain & Evolve Design Systems - Ensure consistency across the product by leveraging and refining existing design systems while contributing to future improvements.

What We Require

• 3+ years of product design experience in SaaS or enterprise tech.

• Proficiency in Figma (or equivalent tools like Adobe XD, Sketch).

• Strong ability to balance execution with strategy - refine designs quickly while proposing broader, long term improvements.

• Experience working within brand guidelines.

• Clear communication & problem -solving skills - ability to justify design decisions and iterate quickly and effectively.

Note: Distyl is a hybrid working environment and requires in office collaboration 3 days a week. We have offices in San Francisco, CA and New York, NY, and this role is available in either location.
