As An Addus Licensed Practical Nurse, You Will
Complete Medication set up for home bound clients
Check vitals
Monitor skin condition
Nail Care
Supervisory Visits
And other duties as assigned
Requirements
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current LPN licensure.
New Nurses welcome
Ability to make home visits and provide nursing care in the home environment
Ability to complete necessary documentation appropriately, legibly, and timely
