Job Description

The Overnight Cleaning Team Member helps create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment by supporting our restaurant’s sanitation needs after closing. This role is essential to maintaining the highest standards of food safety, guest experience, and team care.

Responsibilities:

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment to Chick-fil-A standards.
• Deep clean kitchen areas, including floors, counters, fryers, and grills, after the restaurant closes.
• Ensure all sanitation and food safety requirements are consistently met.
• Safely handle and store cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Work efficiently and independently to complete assigned cleaning tasks before morning operations.
• Communicate effectively with leaders about equipment or maintenance issues.
• Support the restaurant’s culture of excellence by taking ownership of cleanliness and organization.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work overnight shifts, including late evenings and early mornings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Previous cleaning or kitchen experience preferred but not required.
