Responsibilities

• Perform professional home and office cleaning services
• Follow company guidelines and procedures to ensure high-quality results
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Work independently and manage daily tasks efficiently
• Contribute to a positive work environment and uphold company values

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and car insurance
• Ability to pass a background check
• Physical capability to bend, kneel, push, and lift 20 pounds
• Strong communication skills in English
• Love to help others and willing to go above and beyond
• Able to take feedback and improve from it
• Previous experience in cleaning, hospitality, or customer service is a plus

Compensation

Salary: $500.00 - $660.00 per week based on 35hr week (gross pay)
