What You'll Do as a Lead Insulation Installer:

• Operate & maintain spray foam insulation equipment.
• Supervise & work alongside a team of installers to complete projects.
• Ensure the correct mixture, application thickness, and coverage are per specifications.
• Conduct daily safety checks and enforce OSHA and company safety procedures.
• Follow project work orders with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain clean and organized job sites and company vehicles.
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor repairs or adjustments.
• Travel to job sites within a 1-2 hour radius.
• Work full-time, Monday-Friday, 6:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m.

Our Ideal Lead Insulation Installer:

• Experienced: 1+ years in framing, construction, or a related trade, with previous leadership experience preferred, but will consider entry-level candidates eager to learn.
• Teachable & Energetic: Approaches work with maturity, a strong work ethic, and a readiness to learn new skills through on-the-job training.
• Organized Communicator: Demonstrates clear communication and solid organizational abilities with clients and team members.
• Detailed: Follows directions accurately and ensures high-quality, consistent results.
• Active: Works safely in PPE, handles up to 50 pounds, and is comfortable in tight or elevated spaces.

• $18.75-$31.79 per hour. DOE
