Job Description

Salary: $83,250 - 110,000 per year Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in omni-channel, retail, or enterprise IT settings
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Jira project management
• Proven track record of documenting integrations and technical workflows for multiple systems
• Familiarity with platforms such as HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, and Akeneo PIM
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, with strong technical communication abilities
• Capacity to connect technical details with business objectives for seamless customer experiences
• Organized and proactive with a knack for addressing complications within complex systems
• Skilled at resolving conflicts and tackling relationship challenges
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities

• Support Rural Kings omni-channel initiatives by linking business requirements with technical execution across various platforms
• Ensure smooth integration between systems for a unified customer experience across e-commerce, retail, and order management
• Collect and document both business and technical requirements for omni-channel projects
• Create comprehensive technical documentation, data flows, and integration specifications
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to turn business needs into scalable solutions
• Manage Jira boards, user stories, and sprints to ensure project alignment and transparency
• Assist with QA and UAT efforts by writing test cases and coordinating feedback
• Analyze data from various systems to identify integration issues and optimization opportunities
• Work with teams using HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and similar platforms
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment in daily decisions
• Actively engage in professional development initiatives, including training programs and workshops
• Provide friendly and professional support to internal and external stakeholders
