Job Description

Salary: $83,250 - 110,000 per year Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in omni-channel, retail, or enterprise IT environments
• Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and Jira software for project tracking
• Proven ability to document integrations and technical workflows across multiple systems
• Familiarity with platforms such as HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, and Akeneo PIM
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and technical communication skills
• Capability to connect technical details with business priorities for seamless customer experiences
• Organized, proactive attitude with a knack for clarifying complex systems
• Skill in conflict resolution and addressing relationship challenges
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, flexible to shifting priorities

• Support our omni-channel initiatives by aligning business requirements with technical execution across digital, retail, and operational platforms
• Ensure seamless integration of systems that enhance our unified customer experience
• Gather and document both business and technical requirements for omni-channel projects
• Develop comprehensive technical documentation, data flows, and integration specifications for various systems
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
• Manage Jira boards, user stories, and sprints to ensure project alignment and transparency
• Assist in QA and UAT by crafting test cases, validating system functionality, and managing feedback cycles
• Analyze data from different systems to identify integration challenges and optimization opportunities
• Work with stakeholders to improve processes across online, in-store, and fulfillment systems
• Engage with teams utilizing HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, and Akeneo PIM for cohesive operations
• Participate in learning initiatives, training programs, and workshops offered by the company
• Provide friendly, proactive internal and external support, addressing inquiries promptly
