Detailed Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer with hands-on experience in IBM Infosphere MDM, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Java-based microservices architecture. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the modernization and migration of our Master Data Management (MDM) platform to GCP, while ensuring seamless integration with enterprise applications through APIs and microservices.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and enhancement of solutions using IBM Infosphere MDM, including MDM APIs.
Collaborate with cloud architects and DevOps teams to migrate MDM workloads to GCP.
Develop and maintain J2EE-based microservices and APIs to expose MDM functionalities to other enterprise systems.
Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of services in a cloud-native environment.
Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including data architects, business analysts, and QA engineers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong experience with IBM Infosphere MDM, including customization and API integration.
Hands-on experience with GCP, including services like Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, and IAM.
Proficiency in J2EE, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
Experience with containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and agile development methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
