We are seeking a detail-oriented HRIS Analyst to join our team in Brooklyn, New York. The ideal candidate will be skilled in analyzing large datasets, creating actionable reports, and supporting strategic HR decisions through HRIS system expertise. This role involves collaboration across HR and Payroll teams to ensure seamless system functionality and continuous improvement.
Compensation:$85,000-$100,00
Position Summary:
Analyzing large sets of HR data to generate reports and insights that support business decisions.
Contributing to HRIS planning, system analysis, troubleshooting, upgrades, and new implementations.
Providing hands-on support to enhance integrated HRIS services.
Acting as a liaison between Human Resources and Payroll to resolve system issues and implement interface enhancements.
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring HRIS processes are efficient and effective.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Analytics, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 1 year prior experience in HRIS or data analysis.
Proficiency with HRIS systems.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Prior healthcare experience is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
