Job Description
The Housekeeping Supervisor position will oversee daily housekeeping activities while providing direct support to the Executive Housekeeper.
Key Responsibilities
Supervision & Daily Operations
• Supervise when needed
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, and service areas
• Monitor cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards
• Assist in maintaining inventory and ordering supplies or equipment
Assistant to the Executive Housekeeper
• Support the Executive Housekeeper with projects when needed.
• Help prepare reports and documentation for department
• Participate in meetings and help implement new procedures, policies, or improvements.
• Step in to oversee the department in the Executive Housekeeper’s absence.
Guest & Team Relations • Respond to guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Foster a positive team culture that emphasizes accountability and service excellence.
• Communicate with other departments to coordinate cleaning schedules and special requests.

Qualifications:
• Must have a high school diploma or the equivalent (GED)
• Prior housekeeping experience required; supervisory or lead role experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational skills PLUS strong customer service.
• Ability to support administrative tasks and work closely with department leadership.
• Weekends availability a must
• Working knowledge of cleaning and safety procedures.
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform housekeeping tasks as needed.
