Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse set of skills to handle various maintenance and repair tasks in office settings. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting.
• Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment to identify issues that require attention.
• Respond promptly to service requests from team members.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards at all times.
• Pay: $22.54 - $24.00 per hour

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of various repair techniques and tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and efficiently.
• Excellent physical condition and strength; able to lift heavy objects when necessary.
• A valid driver’s license is required
• Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations in maintenance work.
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
