The Opportunity
As part of the Financial Markets Business Advisory team you are expected to support engagements by applying accounting, tax, and regulatory standards to complex financial instruments and assisting clients with their understanding of complex financial structures. As an Associate you are expected to focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You are expected to build acumen to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, embrace ambiguity, ask questions, and use these challenges as opportunities for growth.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1 year of experience
- Before starting with PwC, you need to meet educational requirements to be eligible for the primary credential license relevant to your practice area, such as having 150 credit hours for the CPA license, or provide documentation satisfactory to the Firm that your CPA license can be obtained in the state in which your office is located through reciprocity based on either a CPA license held, or CPA exam passed, in another state.

- Experience with financial products using LIBOR as a reference rate
- Proficiency in financial model development and validation
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with industry software like INTEX, TREPP, Bloomberg, CapIQ
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage engagements and client discussions
- Experience in automation and digitization solutions
- A credential is required prior to being promoted to Manager: CPA or CFA preferred
