**Description** SAIC is seeking En Route Automation Modernization (ERAM) Adaptation Specialists to support our Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) customer. The successful candidate will support the Flight Data Input/Output (FDIO) Second Level Engineering organization in planning, coordinating and deploying ERAM adaptation changes to support Terminal Flight Data Manager (TFDM) installations at various sites throughout the US. **Responsibilities include:** + Determining ERAM FDIO changes required for each TFDM site installation. + Coordinating with site personnel and program stakeholders. + Developing adaptation change presentations. **Qualifications** **Requirements:** + Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field; an additional 5 years of related experience may be substituted for degree requirement. + Understanding of the FAA's automation and traffic management systems. + Extensive knowledge of adapting FDIO devices and text decks. + Knowledge of FDIO facility routing. + Excellent troubleshooting skills. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills using both technical and user-friendly language. + Skilled in using MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). + Ability to satisfy FAA resume and security approval requirements, Citizenship required. Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
