The company specializes in tenant improvements, new construction, and service work for office buildings, retail, and light industrial.
Projects range from small TI buildouts to large ground-up construction. Current backlog includes two Class A office towers and a mixed-use development in Bellevue. Overtime is available and the company provides a van and fuel card for service technicians. The company has been in business 30 years and promotes from within.
