URGENT HIRING for Customer Support & Sales Specialist (US Shift)
Location: Remote
Compensation: ₹6 LPA – ₹8 LPA + Performance-Based Incentives
Shift: Evening / Graveyard
Working Days: Weekdays & Weekends (Max 5 days/week)
Working Hours: 9 hours/day

Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound & outbound voice calls and live chats professionally.
• Assist US customers with product inquiries, orders, returns, and after-sales support.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities during conversations.
• Meet all key KPIs: SLA, AHT, CSAT.
• Maintain accurate logs of all interactions using CRM & ticketing tools.
What We’re Looking For
• 2–3 years of calling experience handling US B2C customers (mandatory).
• 6–10 years total experience in call center/BPO (voice & live chat).
• Strong verbal & written communication in English.
• Experience in product-based calling processes.
• Familiarity with CRM, chat, and ticketing systems.
• Comfortable working night shifts.
• Jewellery / E-commerce / Luxury retail background highly preferred.
• Graduate degree preferred.

• Must be comfortable using Hubstaff (attendance & productivity monitoring system).
Hubstaff Summary:
• Tracks active work time & activity levels
• Takes periodic screenshots
• Stops tracking if inactive for 5+ minutes
• Hubstaff logs = official attendance & payroll data
• Candidate must ensure Hubstaff is active during working hours
• Salary will be credited between the 15th–20th of every month.
