Job Summary:
Sparkle Pro USA is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaners to join our growing team. As a Commercial Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment in offices and commercial facilities. This role is perfect for individuals who take pride in their work, enjoy cleaning, and are committed to delivering high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, kitchens, lobbies, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors
• Empty trash bins and replace liners
• Dust furniture, blinds, fixtures, and surfaces
• Restock supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels, etc.)
• Clean interior windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to supervisors
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
• Use approved cleaning products and equipment correctly
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is a plus (not required)
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or with a team
• Physically fit; able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods
• Good time management and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work evening or night shifts as needed
