Job Description

Job Summary: The CNA and/or HHA at Griswold Care Pairing will provide compassionate and high-quality care to clients in Sarasota/Manatee County. This is a hourly healthcare/medical job in the Franchise industry located in Venice, Florida. As an individual contributor, you will play a vital role in improving the lives of our clients and their families by helping them maintain their independence and dignity. Compensation & Benefits: This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $18 to $30 paid weekly. Responsibilities:

Provide personal care services to clients, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, feeding, and assisting with mobility.
Administer medications as prescribed by a physician.
Monitor and report changes in the client's condition to the appropriate supervisor.
Assist with light housekeeping tasks, meal preparation, and grocery shopping.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families.
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe and clean working environment.

Requirements:

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification. - Current CPR (American Heart, Health Institute or Red Cross)
HIV certificate
Ability to pass a LEVEL 2 background check
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate, patient, and understanding attitude towards clients.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, stoop, and stand for long periods.
