Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work onsite  with our client in Camden, NJ. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:  

• Analytics & Insights:
• Build dashboards and reports to support Business visibility and performance.
• Analyze programmatic schedules, sourcing data, shop floor, and financial information.
• Provide data insights to support strategic and operational planning.
• KPI Development & Performance Management:
• Develop and maintain executive and program review chain KPIs, real-time visibility and decision making, and streamlining ongoing reviews.
• Support the measurement and evaluation of supply chain initiatives.
• Systems, Pipelines & Process Optimization:
• Enhance BI tools and systems (e.g., Power BI, Palantir Foundry, and other licensed tools).
• Create and maintain scalable data pipelines to ensure reliable and sustainable data delivery.
• Automate manual reporting processes as well as repetitive systems processes to drive efficiency, consistency, and eliminate errors.
• Collaboration & Business Partnership:
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams across Program Management, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Hours: 40 Hours/Week 9/80 1 st Shift
• Length: Temp (3 Months)

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED with 8 years of experience
• Minimum of 8 years of experience with Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, such as Palantir Foundry
• Minimum of 8 years of experience taking a vision from meeting with a stakeholder to determine requirements through proof of concept to project completion, with the stakeholder fully satisfied
• Minimum of 8 years of experience with BI systems such as Power BI, Looker, SAP Business Objects, and Microsoft Fabric.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience with building and maintaining scalable data pipelines to support operational reporting and analytics.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree with 4 years of experience. 
• Master's Degree with 2 years of experience. 
• BI, Analytics, Data Science Dashboarding, Business Intelligence, Process Automation, or similar experiences 
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Power Platform tools.
• Strong SQL/ SQL backend skills; experience with Python, R 
• Ability to synthesize complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
