The Business Development Manager (BDM) will play an instrumental part in demand creation for the Commercial Roof & Wall segment in the west region. Extending the market share for MBCI within the Commercial Roof & Wall (CRW) segment will account for the largest percentage of growth over the next three years. Over time, the BDM will expand business development purview into all the Components Division and, as applicable, across the Shelter Solutions Business Unit

As Business Development Manager , you will collaborate with Sales and Marketing as well as other essential functions to translate the strategic opportunity into business outcomes. You will be responsible for executing and delivering the strategy for the business development team to position Cornerstone Building Brands as the market leader across multiple go-to-market channels. Use technology to establish processes and systems to prospect new Commercial Roof & Wall opportunities and secure the specifications for incremental growth, supporting spec to sale process and ultimately driving revenue. Collaboration with cross functional team members will be a critical success factor in driving a coordinated go-to-market strategy for all products.

The US average base salary for this role is $95,000-$110,000 + sales incentive + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
