Job Title: Brand Representative Location: Pittsburgh Status: Part Time Job Description: Closet Factory is the premier closet company with the most diverse product line, and we are seeking a charismatic and outgoing individual to join our team as a Brand Representative at local Costco locations (Homestead, Robinson, & Cranberry Twp.). As a Brand Representative, you will be responsible for representing Closet Factory and promoting our brand within Costco warehouses. Unlike traditional sales roles, this position does not involve direct selling; instead, it focuses on engaging with customers, building relationships, and raising awareness of the Closet Factory brand. Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner to promote brand awareness.
• Educate customers about our products and services, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for the Closet Factory brand, effectively communicating our brand message.
• Distribute samples and promotional materials to showcase our products.
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with Costco staff to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
• Collect feedback from customers and relay it to the appropriate teams within the company.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the Costco warehouse.
• Adhere to company policies and guidelines at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous experience in customer service, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Charismatic and outgoing personality with the ability to engage with diverse audiences.
• Enthusiasm for the brand and a genuine interest in helping customers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to different Costco locations (Homestead, Robinson, and Cranberry, Twp.).
