Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Blockchain Developer to lead the development of a innovative blockchain-based real estate platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in blockchain technology, smart contract development, and real estate industry processes to create a secure, transparent, and decentralized platform for property transactions and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement blockchain solutions for real estate transactions, including property listing, ownership transfer, and leasing.
  • Develop and deploy smart contracts on Ethereum, Hyperledger, or other blockchain platforms.
  • Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts using Solidity, Rust, or similar languages.
  • Integrate blockchain solutions with existing web and mobile applications.
  • Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of the blockchain network.
  • Conduct code reviews and testing to ensure quality and compliance with best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in blockchain development, smart contract programming (Solidity, Rust, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of blockchain protocols, consensus mechanisms, and cryptography.
  • Experience with decentralized applications (DApps) and blockchain frameworks.
  • Expertise in front-end development with React.js or similar frameworks.
  • Knowledge of real estate industry workflows, legal considerations, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript or Python.
  • Familiarity with cloud services, databases, and API integrations.
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with NFT/tokenization of real estate assets.
