A premier national plaintiffs' firm is expanding its California presence and seeks an experienced litigator ready to take on complex, meaningful cases— remotely . In this role, you'll independently manage a dynamic docket of federal class actions and consumer arbitrations. From crafting legal strategy and taking depositions to attending hearings and settling high-stakes cases, you’ll be immersed in substantive litigation from day one. You’ll also contribute to precedent-setting matters in data privacy and crypto arbitration—an exciting and growing practice area.

What You’ll Need:

• Active California Bar license
• 5+ years of litigation experience, including 3+ years in federal court
• Strong writing skills and courtroom presence
• Preferred: Experience with class actions, data privacy, cybersecurity, or arbitration forums (FINRA, AAA, JAMS)

What You’ll Get:

• Starting salary range for a 5-year atty: $175,000–$200,000+ DOE
