Job Description

Empowered Staffing is partnered with Manna Capital, a real estate investment firm that owns and manages multi-family apartment communities in markets across the United States. Due to continued growth, the company is looking for an Assistant Regional Property Manager to help manage their Illinois properties, maximize occupancy, and ensure the best quality of service for their residents.

Responsibilities:

• Travel frequently to provide support across multiple apartment communities throughout Indiana.
• Assist with leasing, resident relations, and team leadership during transitions or vacancies.
• Support property operations to ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations.
• Evaluate property performance and assist in implementing strategies to improve occupancy and revenue.
• Provide on-site training and mentorship to community teams.
• Troubleshoot operational issues, streamline processes, and reinforce company policies.
• Collaborate with Regional and Property Managers to maintain consistency in operations and service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in residential property management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with Yardi, RentCafe, or similar property management software.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and be able to travel up to 100%, including overnight stays.
• Spanish language skills preferred but not required.
