Job Description

Assistant Office Manager

Schedule: Part-time (hours flexible, Monday–Friday)
Pay: $15–$25 per hour (based on experience)
Job Type: Part-time

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Assistant Office Manager to support daily administrative and accounting functions. This role will assist with accounts receivable, sales tax filings, and a variety of general office duties. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and comfortable handling multiple tasks in a small office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with Accounts Receivable , including invoicing, payments, and customer account follow-ups
  • Support sales tax filings and payments
  • Perform miscellaneous administrative and office support duties as needed
  • Provide general support to management and other office staff
  • Handle additional tasks as needed to support office operations

Requirements

  • Previous office, accounting, or administrative experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of accounts receivable or bookkeeping is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Dependable, punctual, and professional
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly pay range of $15–$25 , based on experience
  • Flexible part-time schedule
  • Consistent weekday hours
