What You'll Do:
🧪 Execute analytical methodologies to support method development and validation
📄 Author and review methods, protocols, reports, SOPs, and change controls
🛠️ Operate, maintain, and assist in installing analytical instrumentation
📈 Improve and maintain technical operations and outcomes in Analytical Development
📦 Support lab ops: inventory, reagent prep, sample management, doc review
What We're Looking For:
🎓 MS in Biological Sciences (5+ yrs experience) or PhD (2+ yrs) in biotech/pharma
🔬 Hands-on experience with: absorbance assays, chromatography, CE-SDS, ELISA/AlphaLISA, western blot
📑 Skilled in developing/authoring methods, protocols, and executing method validation
🗣️ Excellent communication skills (native or near-native English)
🧩 Strong multi-tasking, organization, and problem-solving abilities
