**Job Title: 2nd Shift Electromechanical Assembler - $25-26/hr** **Job Description** + We are seeking a skilled Electromechanical Assembler for our 2nd shift team. + This role involves precise assembly of equipment and products, focusing on electromechanical components, soldering, and wire harness construction. + The position operates Monday through Friday from 2:00pm to 10:30pm, with occasional overtime as needed. **Responsibilities** + Perform soldering, wiring, and crimping tasks with accuracy and efficiency. + Read, interpret, and execute instructions and diagrams for precise assembly of equipment and products. + Construct and test wire harness connections to ensure functionality. + Use various hand tools and fixtures proficiently in assembly tasks. + Conduct quality spot checks on products to maintain adherence to specified standards. + Promptly report any product inconsistencies or equipment malfunctions to supervisors. + Rework or repair assembled equipment and products according to engineering specifications. **Essential Skills** + 2 to 4+ years of electromechanical experience. + Proficiency in soldering, electronic assembly, and crimping. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and wire schematics. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous IPC certifications are considered ideal. + Minimum 2-5 years of assembly experience. **Why Work Here?** Our company offers a comprehensive benefits package including 401k and full benefits, ensuring our employees are well-supported in their careers. **Work Environment** You will work in a clean production facility, ensuring a safe and organized environment. Steel-toed boots are required attire. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tustin, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr.
