Location: South Florida Offices (Port of Miami, Downtown Tech Hub, Miramar Tech Hub, Entertainment Studios)
Format: Hybrid: In-person Monday - Thursday and remote on Fridays 
Dates: June 1st- August 2nd 2026

About the Program: 
The Royal Caribbean Group 10-week internship program is designed to cultivate future leaders by providing meaningful work experiences within various departments in the organization. Interns will work alongside industry professionals to develop their skills and understanding of the cruise and travel industry. The program offers students the opportunity to gain real-world experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment, contributing to projects that impact millions of vacationers worldwide.

About the Department: 
The Information Technology Department is the central nervous system of technology at the company. It encompasses Global IT strategy and operations, cybersecurity and data privacy, enterprise applications and systems integration, and IT governance. The team develops and maintains software solutions, manages key technology projects, and ensures secure, reliable IT systems organization-wide to enable seamless operations.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in DEGREE or related field of study.
• Minimum GPA
• Previous experience in related areas
